Your Thai visa, prepared properly
A guided, AI-checked application that gets everything submission-ready — before it ever reaches your agent. AI assists; a qualified human always decides.
Most Thai visa rejections aren't bad luck — they're preventable. A photo a few millimetres out of spec, a bank statement that isn't seasoned the full window, an income letter dated outside the acceptance window, a name spelled three different ways across three documents. Tiny things, expensive consequences: a wasted trip to immigration, a fresh application, sometimes a forced departure.
MyWorldVisa walks you through your application step by step, checks your documents with AI as you go, and gets everything submission-ready before a human agent reviews it. You arrive at your agent with a clean, complete file — so their time goes on judgement, not chasing you for the same document twice.
We help you prepare. We never promise an outcome, and our AI never makes the decision — your agent does. What we do is make sure nothing avoidable is wrong before they look.

How it works
Tell us your situation
Answer plain-language questions — no immigration jargon. We work out which visa fits and exactly what you'll need.
Upload from your phone
Photograph documents where you're standing. Our AI reads each one, confirms it's the right document, and checks the details that matter — dates, amounts, names, stamps, expiry.
Fix things before they cost you
If a bank statement is a month short, a photo background is too busy, or a date falls outside the window, you'll know immediately — in clear language, with what to do about it. Not weeks later at the counter.
Get your passport photo right
Upload a selfie; we produce a government-spec passport photo — correct dimensions, plain background, proper head size — ready to download and print.
Hand a clean file to your agent
When your application crosses the readiness line, it goes to your agent as a complete, checked dossier. They review, sign off, and take it forward.
What you get
- A guided wizard for your exact visa — the questions and document list adapt to your circumstances, so you're never asked for things you don't need.
- Real-time AI document checks — every upload is read and validated: right document, right dates, right amounts, consistent spelling of your name across everything.
- A clear “what's next” at every step — you always know what's done, what's outstanding, and what's blocking you.
- The passport photo tool — turn a phone selfie into a compliant Thai visa photo (and other countries' specs) in seconds.
- Government forms filled for you — TM.7, TM.8, TM.30, TM.47 and the MFA application form, completed from your answers and calibrated to the real printed forms.
- English and Thai throughout — every screen and question, in both languages.
- Your documents stay private. Passports, bank statements and personal records are processed on our own secure infrastructure in-country — never sent to any third-party AI service (no OpenAI, Google or similar). PDPA-compliant, encrypted, access-logged.

Visas we prepare
We support the visa types real expats and Thai-spouse families actually use, with more added over time.
Long-stay extensions (annual, in-country)

- Marriage Extension — one-year extension for the foreign spouse of a Thai national.
Long-Term Resident (LTR) — 10-year (BOI)
- Wealthy Pensioner — retirees with qualifying pension/income.
- Wealthy Global Citizen — high-net-worth applicants.
- Work-from-Thailand Professional — remote employees of established foreign companies.
- Highly-Skilled Professional — experts in BOI target industries.
Remote work & lifestyle
- Destination Thailand Visa (DTV) — five-year multi-entry for remote workers, soft-power activities (Muay Thai, Thai cooking, sports, medical) and dependants.

- Thailand Privilege Visa (formerly Thailand Elite) — paid-membership long-stay.
Non-Immigrant (initial, at an embassy abroad)
- Non-Immigrant B — business / employment with a Thai company.
- Non-Immigrant ED — study or training at a registered institution.
- Non-Immigrant O (Marriage) — foreign spouse of a Thai national.
Compliance & admin
- 90-Day Report (TM.47) — the mandatory notification every 90 days.
- Re-Entry Permit (TM.8) — keep your permission-to-stay alive when you leave Thailand.
What it looks like — a DTV, start to finish
An illustrative walkthrough with sample data. The DTV is a five-year, multi-entry visa — and with Thailand tightening short-stay allowances, it's becoming the route of choice for remote workers who want to base themselves here.
The applicant (sample): James Carter, 34, British, a software developer working remotely for a UK employer, applying under the workcation category. The wizard confirms that category fits and tailors everything to it — he's never shown the soft-power or dependant lists he doesn't need.
Step 2 — Qualifying activity & financial proof
He uploads his employment contract and a bank statement. The AI reads both and flags two things in plain language, instantly:
| AI check | Result | What James sees |
|---|---|---|
| Contract — a foreign employer outside Thailand? | ✅ Looks right | “Contract confirmed — UK employer, remote role.” |
| Bank statement — full window & threshold? | ⚠️ Needs attention | “Your statement shows 4 months. The DTV expects the full window (sample threshold 500,000 THB). Please upload the last 6 months.” |
| Name consistency across documents | ⚠️ Note | “Contract reads ‘James Carter’; passport reads ‘James William Carter’. Flagged for your agent to add a short cover note.” |
James re-uploads the full six-month statement and the warning clears. No surprise at the counter.

Step 4 — Readiness
A readiness meter climbs as each section completes. When everything required is present and checks are clear, the case turns “Ready for review” and goes to his agent as a complete, pre-checked dossier — not a folder of loose photos. The agent reviews the findings, makes the judgement calls, signs off, and takes it forward.

James spent about 40 minutes, mostly photographing documents. He fixed the two issues himself, in the app, on day one — instead of discovering them after his agent had started, or at immigration.
The honest part
- AI assists; your agent decides. Our checks surface issues and confirm what's right. A qualified human reviews and signs off on every case. The AI never approves anything.
- “Ready for review”, never “approved”. We prepare submission-ready dossiers. We can't guarantee a visa outcome — and we're wary of anyone who does.
- Not legal advice. Where a situation genuinely needs a lawyer (an appeal, an overstay, a prior rejection), we route it to a qualified partner rather than guess.
- Your data is yours. Processed in-country, encrypted, access-logged, never sold, never sent to third-party AI.
Staying compliant doesn't stop at the visa
A visa is the start, not the end. Thailand expects ongoing reporting — where you live, every 90 days, every time you re-enter — and the deadlines are easy to miss. Once you're on the Visa Service, the app will carry these for you: tracking what's due, preparing the form, and reminding you before it's late.
TM.30 — address reporting
By law your address must be reported to immigration within 24 hours of moving in — and again after every re-entry to Thailand. Miss it and your next extension can stall. The app will track when a TM.30 is due, pre-fill it from your details, and remind you (or your accommodation) in time.
90-Day Report (TM.47)
Every 90 days you must notify immigration of your current address. We’ll count the days for you, remind you inside the acceptance window, and prepare the report from what we already hold — online where the channel allows.
Re-Entry Permit (TM.8)
Leaving the country on a single-entry permission cancels your stay. Before you travel, we’ll flag whether you need a re-entry permit and prepare the TM.8 — so you come back to the visa you left on.
Renewals & annual extensions
Your retirement or marriage extension comes round every year. We’ll remind you ahead of the window and reuse last year’s verified documents, so each renewal is a review — not a fresh start.
Why it matters
Most expats only discover a missed TM.30 or a late 90-day report at the worst possible moment — applying for their next extension. Turning these obligations into automatic reminders and ready-to-file forms is exactly the kind of avoidable problem MyWorldVisa exists to remove.
These services arrive with the Visa Service. We'll prepare and remind — you stay in control, and a qualified agent is there when a filing needs judgement. Coming soon.
A visa application that actually guides you
We're building a country-by-country visa service with a real agency: a guided wizard, document checks, and compliance review — so your application is genuinely ready before it's submitted.
